Shipping & Postage Charges

* All online orders are processed the next business day, Monday through Friday, during office hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
* Postage and transit time is dependent on the mailing option you select and the ship-to address. Per the United States Postal Service, the following are the postage charges and estimated delivery schedule for the mailing options we provide:

• First Class Mail – no charge, estimated 3-5 days or more, can take up to 14 days.
• Certified Mail – $3.55, estimated 3-5 days or more, signature required, Post Office will hold up to 14 business days for pickup.
• Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation- $7.75, estimated 2-3 days or more.
• Overnight Express Mail – $26.35.**

** Please Note: Per the United States Postal Service some overnight deliveries may take up to 48 hours to be delivered to certain destinations. If a specific delivery date is required please check with the postal service to verify the delivery time from Worcester, MA to the requested ship-to address.
* Gift Cards with no shipping address specified will be sent to the billing address.
* If you choose Certified, Priority or Express, postage is charged for each delivery address.
* Purchase additional cards for that same address and we’ll pick up any extra postage for weight.

* If you choose to ship more than one gift card to the same location, you do not need to re-enter the shipping address. For gift card orders #2 and/or #3, under the select postage options, you can select “Free Shipping: Ship with order #1”, and/or order #2.
